ITSM Autopilot is a product of ServiceChanger B.V., based in Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands. We help IT service desks handle tickets faster and better using AI agents.

Our platform connects to your existing ITSM/ESM (Freshservice, ServiceNow, TOPdesk and more) and deploys AI agents that automatically classify tickets, search for solutions in your knowledge base, and learn from every resolved incident.

You stay in full control. Shadow mode lets you review every AI decision before going live. You decide which agents are active, which tools they use, and which knowledge they consult.
